Late posting this, but here is our Q3 2021 feedback report from our tenants 📥📑

✅ Warm, friendly and helpful

✅ Mel and Oli are really friendly and are really easy to contact, would really recommend
✅Very professional and quick to respond to queries and questions!

✅ My experience with VCC Homes has been a very positive one as they have always had my best interests at heart by being the most considerate team.

✅ Amazing properties managed well.

✅ Unbelievably amazing, landlords are very understanding and always put us first 

❌ They lied to me and now I'm in a house full of smokers.

On this point ☝🏼- We had a housemate who didn’t inform us that they were after a non-smoking house only and to our knowledge, people did not smoke in that house. Turns out, there were infrequent smokers which left this housemate unhappy. What did we do to resolve the situation? We negotiated for them to leave as soon as we found a replacement, which we did, quickly. 

We don’t always get it right, but we always make it right ✅ And that’s why we have such amazing feedback.
